竞技场, 科尔米诺斯 竞技场, or 科尔米诺斯 arena is a large public entertainment building that hosts 角斗士 fights on a daily basis, with a seven-day rotating schedule of 其他 events including chariot 种族 and athletic competitions, it sometimes holds a naval battle when 竞技场 is filled with water. 勇者 can participate in the 角斗士 event to earn Electrum Coins and a Winner's Token that can be exchanged for unique 装备.
During his early years, King Kelsaz had a great interest in the palace's private gymnasium and the arena, an interest inherited by Princess Varena who remarks it as a stress outlet. Serena complains about the lyceum being build right next to the arena and that the fights take place during working hours, which causes some of her students to ditch class. An agreement was made for classes to start and end earlier so the students can watch the main events in the afternoon if they wanted. Decima's father worked at 竞技场 for years, helping setup for the games and ensuring the building's structural stability. In her younger days, before she had her kids, Cassia participated in the 角斗士 events, while she only won the 终极乐章 once and has her 名称 listed in the accolades, she was a crowd favorite because of the grit she had.

First Visit

Getting to the attendant's desk:

[17:00 onwards], regardless of how packed or empty the entrance is, they make their way to the desk of an attendant, who gives a rehearsed spiel about the rotating schedule of events 竞技场 has. While there are a wide variety of events, 勇者 is only able to sign up for the gladiatorial 战斗, which occurs every day.
The attendant explains that a spectator ticket costs 50 EC, while a competitor ticket costs 500 EC. He muses that while most people are there to just watch, 勇者 looks like they might want to compete - to which they can answer:

Whatever 勇者 chooses has 否 significant impact, outside of a short variant for Going to WinAfter successfully defeating Alante in Solo combat, the change being what the Champion says after Alante mentions the last fight.

Subsequent visits are the same as the first, with the exception of 勇者 going directly to the attendant.

角斗士 Event
之间 8:00 to 10:59, 勇者 can participate in by expending 1x Competitor Ticket. Upon spending the ticket, 勇者's 队伍 is fully healed.
First Time
勇者 reaches a sandy room filled with eager competitors, where an old 狼族 man gives a pre-战斗 speech about how most newcomers won't make it past the first round, that its all about experience and thinking. After his talk about the rules, he asks 勇者 what they think about his prediction about the newcomers:

Like the first visit to 竞技场, 勇者's choice has 否 significant impact. Regardless of the choice, it changes a small variationentering the event changes a small variation in the first Flirt scene with Isadora, whether the colosseum is old news or not
additionally it is changed if the Champion has won at least once with Isadora.
Subsequent Times
Similar to that of the first time, 勇者 enters the same room, with the old 狼族 giving his speech, 勇者 notes that he was right, as they do feel they have a bit of an edge over the 其他 fighters now that they have experience. If 勇者 has won at least once, they know he's not talking to them, but to the up-and-comers and the scrappers.
The Gauntlet
At the staging area, the 角斗士 are ready and the pre-fight rituals are performed. Each 同伴, except Agnimitra and Viviane, have their own remark or gesture before the games begin.
Whatever 勇者 chooses to do in the first round will carry on till the third/fourth round.
