This item will be consumed upon use and in doing so, one or more of the effects listed below will randomly occur. If the Champion does not meet any of the transformation conditions, no transformations from this item will materialize. Unlike most transformative items, this item cannot be Alchemically Infused, such that the Body Target label is used as a guide or reference instead, and the item is always consumed as Raw.
