Description
You begin a song of horror and war, filling your enemies with dread and your allies with ferocity. You make an attack against the Mental Resistance of all enemies on the field, dealing (?) Mental damage and inflicting Terror for a turn on a hit. In addition, your allies shake off any Terrified or Staggered condition they're suffering.
