描述

类似鳞甲的原理，这套护甲由许多细小铁片组成，用绳索串联并缀入皮革，最后再上漆。它比鳞甲更轻、更灵活，但对钝击的防护也相应较弱；比起边境诸族，更适合狐妖与狸猫的体格。最要害的部位用铁制成，其余部分是硬化皮革，想来是为了减轻重量。奇怪的是右侧袖子缺失了，也许是为了更方便拉弓？

由于各部件连接得极其精细，制作它一定耗费了大量时间；既然这显然是旧国的标准步兵装备，那里的工匠想必很有空闲。
