Exactly like Template:cw, but this is for multiple sentences/paragraphs. Template Comon Write is used as a shortcut for repeated explanations, specifically this template was created to fix the constant inconsistencies in the effects of TF items.

This item will be consumed upon use and in doing so, one or more of the effects listed below will randomly occur. If the Champion does not meet any of the transformation conditions, no transformations from this item will materialize. Like most transformative items, this item can be Alchemically Infused (locations)Camp (requires Alchemist Kit) Ivris Ranna Marigold & Kesuk Zhara (Wayfort) with a single Reagent (locations)Ivris Ranna Marigold & Kesuk Viviane (at her home), doing so will allow only the transformations under the specific Body Target to take place. If available, conditions under the Raw body target will only occur if the item is not alchemically infused. Unless stated otherwise, these new transformative changes will replace any previously existing type and/or tag of the affected body part. Additionally, for Cock-related transformations, it will affect one cock at a time (for multiple cock cases) (e.g. the effects may trigger for both, only one, or neither). |

Unlike most transformative items, this item cannot be Alchemically Infused, such that the Body Target label is used as a guide or reference instead, and the item is always consumed as Raw.
