After inviting the Fungal Amalgamation to wayfort, choose the talk option 'Lea Wayfort'
Progress
After obtaining the quest, go talk to Nelia, pay her 250 electrum and wait 3 days. You can also pay Telfir 500 electrum and get the clothing instantly.
