Description
One of Vitruvius' masterworks, this spear's tip crackles with sparks of lightning, and even holding it, one can feel the slight vibrations caused by the storm trapped in the blue-glowing electrum runes. From his description of the weapon, it seems to also be enchanted to return to its wielder's hand if thrown.
