Allows the Champion to equip and use the Encounter power, Cone of Cold. The item is not needed for the Champion to use the power.
Acquisition
Currently not an item the Champion can obtain.
The item in this state is unobtainable, however, deciding to Keep the Rimescore during the events of Howling in the Dark has it shaped into one of its three forms: Polar Edge, Glacial Spike, or Hoarfrost.

It can also be given to Cait, which upgrades most of her companion sets by upgrading her Staff and Rimebound Grimoire.
It should be noted that keeping the shaped Rimescore raises Corruption by (+30) (until 75) . Giving it to Drifa will raise her corruption to 70, but giving it to Cait does not.
