Weapons and Powers under this category inflict "Penetrating" damage. Depending if its Physical or Magical, the damage is reduced by the target's Armor, which can be negated by Armor Penetration (for Physical) or reduced by the target's Ward, which can be negated by Spell Penetration (for Magical). Penetrating damage inflicts HP damage and is amplified by the user's Attack Power or Spellpower, but can be reduced or negated depending on the target's Physical or Magic and Penetrating Resistance, the higher the resistance, the less Penetrating damage the target will take, and if their resistance is 100+, they are immune to the damage type.
