Background items

Items and objects listed here are those that Champion cannot freely interact with or use. They play no significant role to the Champion, but can for another character or place.

Lumenkatte

• Lumenkatte/Lumenkatter, called Lumia's cats, is a very sweet and warm golden-brown bun with a bit of saffron given during the yearly Festivus party in the Winter City.
  • Described by the Champion; The rest of the warm, airy bun goes down very easily after that, like nothing at all, leaving a lovely aftertaste on the middle of your tongue.
• Its name comes from its shape as each bun twists in on itself in an S shape.
• Currently, its name only appears in two different scenes: In Entertainment during the seasonal event Midwinter Festivus Ball and when talking to Thrud about her Family.

Memory Matrix Crystal

• A crystal capable of showing off the last few memories the creator was thinking of before making it when it is broken. Lumia teaches her Valkyries how to make them.
• When the crystal is used, it shatters into a matrix of warm light and inside the head of those present, they will hear the contents of the crystal. Once the memory ends, the light dissipates.
• This item is mentioned twice, one during the introduction scene to Eira, where Lumia hands the Champion a small purple crystal for Eira to receive, the second when delivering mail to Lumia, in an effort to help Eira with her workload.
  • Eira doesn't like seeing the crystals in the mail. She also mentions that the one Lumia handed the Champion is different.
  • The crystal delivered to Lumia by the Champion emanates a pulse of reasonless sorrow, and it is revealed to be the final moments of a valkyrie.
• Lumia has received the final words of her valkyries through crystals before, however, sometimes she receives them months or even years later.

Shroomwood

• It is a type of tree that can grow in the Harvest Valley, aside from its lake region. The plain looking tree has mushrooms that grow on it that give the bark a blue color. When the mushrooms are struck, they can release spores in a myriad of colors and patterns. Once the spores have been released, the tree becomes a mushroom-hosting husk and the bark loses its blue color.

Women's Bloom

• Is the substance that gives the bark of Shroomwood its blue color. Mentioned by Byvernia during her field encounter in the valley, Women's Bloom is used to help a girl dilate wider when she's giving birth, however, the substance can only be extracted when it is boiled with wyvern's saliva for at least a day.
