===Initial Encounter===
勇者 will 首次遭遇 Quintillus while exploring the North and Lake regions of [[Harvest Valley]], where they will hear distant cries and calls for help, which 勇者 has the option to '''调查''' or '''Ignore'''.

Choosing to ignore the cries and calls will result in the encounter being unavailable for 24 hours/1 day. Deciding to 调查 will lead to discovering a trio of 邪教徒 on horseback chasing after a single 邪教徒. The fleeing rabbit-eared 邪教徒 runs through 勇者, which will cause the 邪教徒 to stop and accuse 勇者 of interfering with the [[Demon Cult|cult's]] business. However, once they realize 勇者's identity, they will move to fight 勇者. 勇者 will face a [[Cultist Bloodletter]], [[Cultist Mage]] and [[Cultist Archer]]. Should 勇者 be defeated, the 邪教徒 will have 否 time to claim their spoils, as the 泰勒族 man makes a break for it, which results in the 邪教徒 resuming their chase to catch the rabbit-eared 邪教徒.

If 勇者 emerges victorious, the 邪教徒 will turn tail and flee leaving 勇者 with Quintillus with his arms raised. If 勇者 has [[Brint]], [[Arona]] or [[Atugia]] in their 队伍, he/she will raise an arm or 武器 to prevent Quintillus 来自 coming too close to 勇者. Should 无 of the 3 mentioned 同伴 be present, 勇者 will raise their own 武器 defensively. Quintillus will back away sightly and mention that he simply wanted to thank 勇者 for the rescue, mentioning that he had been running 来自 the cult since the night at the temple. Should [[Cait]] be present in the 队伍, she will 种族 towards the 邪教徒, however, she will stop after a quick look 来自勇者. He will mention that he '''was''' a 邪教徒, but is looking to have a turn of heart after seeing [[Kasyrra]] come out 来自 the 仪式. Quintillus will then ask 勇者 if they can help him get into [[Hawkethorne]] to hide 来自 the cult. 勇者 will be presented with 3 options:
*'''Escort''' - You'll walk with him; you wouldn't want him to get captured on the way to safety.
*'''Recommend''' - You'll help but you don't have time to escort him; you can recommend how he can get in, though.
*'''Fuck Off''' - You didn't intend to save him in the first place; you're not recommending him shit except to hit the road.

Telling Quintillus to fuck off will result in him begging 勇者 for their aid. 勇者 is given a final option to either agree ('''Fine''') and will result in 勇者 giving him a recommendation on what to do once they get to town, or telling him to fuck off, which results in an 提高 of +8 [[Corruption]] and Quintillus not being encounterable again.

Should Quintillus be given a recommendation on how to get into the town, 勇者 will tell him to go see [[Garth]] at the [[The Frost Hound|Frost Hound]] and tell him that 勇者 sent him. Quintillus' face lights up 来自 the news and greatly thanks 勇者, in doing so he also inquires of their 名称, which 勇者 does, instructing him to mention their 名称 when telling Garth who sent him. Quintillus will, again, thank 勇者 and offer them a drink once he gets back on his 足部. Should Cait be present, she will grumble at the fact that they're helping a 邪教徒, however she will trust 勇者's judgement and notes that Quintillus may be able to provide a clue on how the cult operates.

Deciding to escort Quintillus to 鹰棘镇 will, if she is present, result in a semi-hesitant Cait stating she thinks he deserves a second 概率, and he could give more information about the cult and a lead to [[Calla]]. With thanks, the 队伍 and Quintillus make their way towards 鹰棘镇, however they are stopped by two militia guards due to the attire of Quintillus. Quintillus readies himself for a fight as his 手部 drift high and brush along the back of his ears, which glow with 雌性发情期 and magic, however, 勇者 explains to the guards the situation of an ex-邪教徒 seeking asylum in the town. The guards share a look of doubt but lower their 武器 and see to getting some new clothes for Quintillus. As he makes his way into the town, he thanks 勇者 and raises a thumb and a wink as the states he'll see them later, as he owes them a drink. This will result in a reduction of -3 [[Corruption]].

Whether 勇者 was victorious or was defeated by the 邪教徒 trio, they will unlock the [[Taeleer#Codex|Taeleer]] 法典 entry.

===At 霜犬酒馆===
If 勇者 helped Quintillus to reach 鹰棘镇, he can be found at [[The Frost Hound]] 来自 8:00 to 17:59 where he can be talked to under the '''Guests''' section.

If 勇者 has not visited Quintillus at 霜犬酒馆 before, they will be able to give him the first real look-over since meeting him. He will greet 勇者 and say that Garth is letting him stay for now. The following options are available:

The 性爱 option's tooltip information will change if 勇者 has asked before or if they had just recently asked.

Talking about the drink he owes 勇者 will catch him off-guard before he realizes his mistake and slides his mug towards 勇者. He states that he'll pay 勇者 back when he's actually back on his 足部. 勇者 will down the drink and return the mug back to him. This will result in the '''Drink''' option becoming unavailable and 勇者 receiving one of Garth's alcoholic [[Boons]].

Deciding to have a chat with Quintillus will result in the following topics:

Inquiring about Quintillus' agreement with Garth will reveal that he's preparing a guide so the local leaders can be on the lookout for Tollus' spies however he will mention that Tollus has 否 reason to infiltrate the town anymore, not since he completed the 仪式. He will also mention the [[Cultist Evangelist]] and will state that unlike her, he has trained in more than mere parlor tricks as he flicks his wrist towards Cait (如果在场 in the 队伍) or a 女性 patron. She will then become suddenly 性唤起 and riled up until he snaps his fingers again.

When talking about the cult, Quintillus won't really give much information, however he will state that 勇者 is an unexpected cog to the cult. He mentions that what happened at the temple was something a lot of the members had 否 idea would happen and that the cult will begin collapsing in on itself as their fanaticism is challenged.

If asked about [[Master Tollus]], Quintillus will refuse to talk about him, stating that the things Tollus has done is something he can't and won't discuss.

When asked if he would like some help, he will refuse as his plan for now is to help the village with the guide. Once he's cooled off for a bit, he'll be able to start taking on work noting his experience in 性唤起 magic and his competency in scraps and 其他 black magic. He'll let 勇者 know once he's ready to start getting active again.

Asking if he's open to the idea of 性爱 sets the 泰勒族 man back a bit as he says that although he is flattered that 勇者 asked, he will refuse because if it got around that he was fucking anyone, it might make the people leery of him.
==同伴套装==
Instead of micromanaging a 同伴's 装备, they have [[Companion Sets]] that will change their 武器 and attire, 特质, 属性, and 技能.
