			An ancient six-story tower surrounded by man-sized walls stands to the far north in the Foothills. The watchtower's construction predates that of [[Belharan]] influence, and while at least one hundred years old, it's in surprisingly good shape. Word from the harpies to [[Shar]] has them state that residing in the tower is a wizard who can help her become normal.

			If Shar survives the events of [[Ugly Duckling]];{{spoiler\| the unnamed wizard has long since passed, but she has decided to take up residence in the tower after finding inspiration in the Champion's words about not being stuck on the ground, due to being so high up in the tower.}}
