When initially introduced, she was first encountered in the fight against the [[Mad Psion]] during the events of the [[The Demon of Ice]], although the Frost Moth was not mentioned outside of combat. The Mad Psion drops the tome that allows the Champion to learn the power to [[Summon Frost Moth|summon her]], and later on as a learnable power from [[Rixx]].

Once the Champion has the [[Summoning Book]] key item from [[Lady Evergreen]], they are able to bring forth specific summoned characters at the summoning circle in the Watchtower of the [[Wayfort]]. On first summoning the '''Frost Fey''', she introduces herself as '''Snowy''', and makes mention that it is a change for her to be summoned outside of combat.
