The codex is a section with the Champion's journal that provides them extra information, whether that be gameplay, information on races, factions, or historical locations within the world. The codex contains information written, gathered, and compiled from various different sources, and sometimes written by the Champion or their companions. It should be noted that not all races and events will have a codex entry.

Listed in the table below are the different entries, and their unlock conditions. For information on what the codex entry contains, see their individual pages.
