It takes you a good minute to even work up the courage to bring your face near the thing. The smell is so rancid that it nearly makes you puke on the spot! With that out of the way, it's only a matter of actually eating the thing. Easier said than done! Even covering your nose, just the small amount of juice that comes out when you bite into it is enough to curdle your stomach. It takes more effort than you'd ever admit, but eventually you seem to become somewhat desensitized to it, and you're able to take a big bite and swallow it down.
