Minotaur Ghosts are a random encounter that appears in the [[Tiran Temple]]. The demonic invasion caused the Tirans to abandon the temple and flee for the city, and the subsequent desecration of their final resting place may have awoken the restless spirits. They lash out at anyone who intrudes in the temple, although their desires seem more carnal than anything.

As you travel through the [[Tiran Temple]], either accompanied by [[Nihara]] during her dungeon or the generally accessible top floor, the Minotaur Ghosts can appear out of nowhere and attack. If defeated, they are dispersed into the ether, with variants depending on whether you defeated them through HP or resolve. If the ghosts defeat you, the following scene exorcises the ghosts but inflicts the [[Weakened]] status effect.
